How to log in and reset your password

Log in

To access your account:

1. Go to the login page of your platform (for example, Bodas.net, Mariages.net, etc.)
2. Enter your username
3. Enter your password
4. Click Log in

If your details are correct, you’ll be taken to your vendor dashboard.

Reset your password or username

If you forgot your password or your username:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your inbox for the reset email
5. Click the link in the email and create a new password. 

Your username will be included in the reset email.

Important notes

* Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the reset email
* The reset link may expire after a certain period. If it does, request a new one
* If you no longer have access to your email, contact support for help
