Once your review has been published, you cannot edit the review directly. However, if you need to make changes or add photos, you can ask us to remove your existing review and then submit a new one.
If you want to change your review
- Edit your review or add photos. Email us using the email address linked to your account and ask us to remove your current review. Once it has been removed, you can submit a new review with your updated content and photos.
- Change your star rating only. You do not need to remove your review. Email us with the company name and the new rating you would like to provide, and we can update it for you.
- Check your review before submitting. We recommend checking your content, spelling, rating, and photos before submitting your review.
