Does the platform get involved in my contract with a vendor?

We provide the map, but you’re the one driving! Think of us as your digital guide to the world of weddings—while we offer a directory of professionals who promise to meet high-quality standards, the actual business agreement is strictly between you and the vendor.

Next steps:

  • The legal bit. As per our Terms & Conditions (point 2.6, paragraph 5), we do not assume responsibility for the final transactions, contracts, or service fulfillment between users and suppliers. We facilitate the introduction, but the contract is yours.

  • No obligation. You are free to explore! You can request as many quotes as you like through our portal for free and without any commitment to hire.

  • Ongoing support. If a professional isn't meeting the standards we require—or if they aren't living up to the promises made on their profile—please let us know. We take these reports seriously so we can review their status and visibility on our portal.

  • Review your contracts. We always recommend getting every detail in writing directly with the vendor (including cancellation policies and payment schedules) before making a deposit.
