Why are my tickets marked as "Pending" or "Discarded"?

When you request tickets, they start as Pending (Orange). We act as an intermediary by sending your request to the vendor for confirmation. Once they provide a thumbs up, your tickets turn Accepted (Green) and you are officially in the draw.

Next steps:

  • Monitor pending status. Vendors have their own schedules and may take a few days to validate a request. 
     
  • You are welcome to gently remind them to expedite the process.
     
  • Review discarded tickets. This usually happens if you have reached the limit of 50 visits or 20 contracts. If you believe a request was discarded in error, let us know and we will resend it to the vendor.
     
  • Complete your profile. Ensure your first and last name are filled out in your profile settings. Vendors are unable to validate tickets if they cannot identify who you are.
