Why can't I see the messages in my inbox?

If your inbox looks a little empty even though you've received notifications, it’s usually because your profile needs just a bit more information to unlock the "View" feature. Think of it as a security handshake—our system just needs to know a little more about your wedding to connect you with your vendors!

Next steps:

  • Complete your profile. Head over to Settings and select User Profile. Ensuring your basic details are filled out helps our system verify your account.
     
  • Location is key. Make sure you’ve added your Town or City. Our system requires this specific detail to properly route and display vendor replies based on your region.
     
  • Refresh your view. Once your details are saved, click the envelope icon again. Your messages should now be visible and ready for you to read!
     
  • Check the "Trash" folder. Occasionally, if a vendor is flagged by our system, their message might be filtered. If your profile is complete and you still see nothing, take a quick peek in your archived or deleted messages.
