Why hasn't my review been validated?

When a review does not meet our guidelines, we automatically send an email to the couple. This email details the reason for the rejection. For the review to be validated, the couple must contact us directly, so we can offer you the necessary help and instructions. Remember that it is essential to have recent reviews, written by the couples, and written from your own devices.  If you receive a rejection email and still have questions, please submit a request for assistance, and we will be happy to help.
