How to update your address
You can update the first line of your address and postcode directly from your business profile.
- Open your business profile.
- Go to your address details.
- Update the first line of the address and/or postcode.
- Save your changes.
aYour location should include the city or town and postcode. If you do not want your full street address displayed, you may be able to show only your town or city on your Storefront.
Why can't I change my city, county or region?
Depending on your account setup, the city, town, county, region or province field may be unavailable or greyed out in your profile. These details may be linked to information associated with your account and may require additional review to change.
If you cannot edit the relevant field, contact us using the email address linked to your account and include:
- Current business name
- Current business address
- New business address
- City or town
- County, province or region
- Postcode
If you do not want your full street address displayed, explain which town or city and postcode should appear on your Storefront.
